David Lawrence Crosby II, a 44-year-old man from Georgia, was arrested after allegedly attacking two children playing tag on a Carnival cruise ship. Carnival Cruise Line confined him to his cabin, reported him to local authorities, and placed him on a Do Not Sail list. Crosby, who claimed to be heavily intoxicated and had no memory of the incident, pleaded not guilty and was released on a $20,000 bond.

A Florida woman was mauled to death by two pit bulls that had allegedly terrorized the neighborhood. The dogs' owner, Linda Cutler, was charged, and the animals are set to be euthanized. The attack occurred after the dogs escaped their yard and confronted the victim, who was walking her small dog.
