- DC’s World Central Kitchen helps feed Venezuelans after earthquake
World Central Kitchen, a nonprofit founded by chef José Andrés, mobilized to distribute food in northern Venezuela after back-to-back earthquakes. The organization partnered with local restaurants and community groups to prepare and deliver meals to displaced families, rescue workers, and others in need, serving approximately 10,000 meals daily.
