A former Detroit firefighter, Eric Anderson, was charged with multiple crimes, including arson and larceny, after prosecutors accused him of setting fires to several homes and stealing items from a firehouse in Detroit. Prosecutors allege that between July 10 and Aug. 4, he committed these acts, which included forcing entry into homes on Bryden Street. He also entered the West Chicago firehouse and stole multiple personal items belonging to firefighters.
