Concourse Village

Rep. Ritchie Torres secured $3.15 million in federal funding to replace aging water and waste pipes at Concourse Village, an affordable housing development in the South Bronx. The funding is part of over $11.25 million directed to the development since 2019, aiming to address recurring infrastructure issues and preserve its role as a center of Black homeownership.
