The Colorado Springs Police Department arrested Alyssa Ned for her alleged involvement in the death of her four-month-old baby. The baby was found unresponsive on September 3, 2025, at Copper Chase Apartments and later pronounced dead. Ned was charged with Child Abuse Resulting in Death and booked into El Paso County Criminal Justice Center on July 3, 2026.
