    Moriarty asks judge to block ICE agent’s effort’s to move case to federal court

    Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty filed a motion opposing an ICE agent's request to move his second-degree assault case to federal court. Gregory Morgan, charged with pointing his duty weapon at another vehicle in February, claims he was acting as a federal agent at the time. A federal judge will decide whether the case remains in state court or proceeds to federal court.
