Russian attacks killed four people, including a child, in Kyiv and surrounding regions. A fire broke out at Russia's Ilsky Oil Refinery in the southern Krasnodar region after falling Ukrainian drone debris, injuring five people. The regional task force reported the incident occurred during large-scale overnight attacks exchanged between Russia and Ukraine.

Ukraine targeted the Ilsky Oil Refinery in Russia’s Krasnodar region for the fourth time this year, disrupting Russia’s oil sector and contributing to declining refinery output, rising fuel prices, and fuel rationing measures expanding to the Moscow region.
