Three men were killed in a hit-and-run crash in Salisbury, with the driver, Javiel Sola, charged with felony hit-and-run. Sola, an undocumented immigrant from El Salvador, fled into a creek before being located by police. Families of the victims, including 47-year-old Homero Pineda Delgado, will hold a visitation.
