President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed Ukrainian defense forces conducted strikes on Russian military and logistics targets, including a defense manufacturing plant in Kirov, an oil refinery in Tyumen, a logistics facility in Yekaterinburg, a fuel depot in Rostov-on-Don, a warship, and sanctioned cargo vessels in the Caspian Sea.

At least 21 people were killed in Russian and Ukrainian long-range strikes, including a missile attack on an arms exhibition near Kyiv and a bomb strike in Russia’s Kirov. Ukraine targeted a factory supplying components for Russian military systems, while Russia attacked a frontline city and damaged a Latvian honorary consulate. Both sides intensified drone and missile attacks amid stalled peace efforts.

At least 11 people were killed in Ukraine as Moscow and Kyiv continue exchanging attacks. Six others were killed in an Ukrainian attack on Russia’s Kirov region, and Wildberries warehouses were struck again.

A Russian attack disrupted power for approximately 150,000 people in Ukraine’s north. Ukrainian forces targeted missile and oil facilities, with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy welcoming strikes on a key missile components facility in Russia’s Kirov.

Russian officials reported drone strikes on Wildberries logistics hubs near St. Petersburg, while OSINT analysts indicated a missile-production plant in Kirov was also hit. Wildberries confirmed disruptions, but Ukraine has not officially acknowledged responsibility.
