An Alabama mother was charged with murder after her 2-year-old daughter was bound and left to suffocate for over 12 hours. A second suspect, whose relationship to the child is unclear, committed suicide two days later.

Daniel Robbins, 44, is accused of strangling his girlfriend Jessica Folds, 47, in Alabama. Authorities found both bodies in a wooded area near Lanett, with autopsy results confirming Folds was strangled. Robbins, who had a preexisting heart condition, died during the disposal process.
