Indonesian authorities arrested a Malaysia Airlines pilot for smuggling 26 kilograms of ecstasy and methamphetamine into Jakarta. The pilot, identified as MS, was also accused of being under the influence of narcotics while on duty and had prior drug transportation convictions.

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled that a crime victim cannot file a delayed appeal for restitution, despite legal confusion caused by the implementation of Marsy’s Law, a constitutional amendment granting victims appeal rights.
