A new dinner boat is docking in downtown Hampton, Va., marking its second appearance in three years. City Cruises' Manhattan Elite began mooring up next to Bull Island Brewing this month for various passenger services including dinner, lunch, brunch, and sunset sightseeing.

Manhattan elites are increasingly moving to a picturesque 'anti-Hamptons' enclave that offers authentic luxury at a significantly lower cost compared to traditional high-end destinations. The area is positioned as an affordable yet prestigious alternative to the Hamptons.
