- Dearborn to crack down on fireworks violations, issues youth curfew for holiday weekend
Dearborn is enforcing a zero-tolerance policy for fireworks safety and implementing a temporary 10 p.m. youth curfew for those under 17 during the 4th of July weekend. The city prohibits fireworks outside designated dates (June 29–July 4) and times (11 a.m.–11:45 p.m.), with penalties including fines, court appearances, and potential jail time for violations.
