Jasmine Marie Laws, a 35-year-old woman from Baltimore, Maryland, faces charges including attempted second-degree murder and domestic assault after allegedly trying to drown her 15-year-old daughter at a lake in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, during the Fourth of July weekend.
