    Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten apologized for the mistreatment of Moluccan soldiers who served in the Royal Dutch East Indies army during Indonesia's independence struggle. A crowdfunded monument was unveiled in Rotterdam to honor the soldiers, who migrated to the Netherlands in 1951 under circumstances they believed would be temporary.
