The Directorate General of Immigration and Passports (DGIP) partnered with TCS to launch a home delivery service for passports, aiming to enhance convenience and modernize public service delivery. The initiative, named 'Passport Aapki Dehleez Par,' was formally introduced during a meeting at DGIP headquarters, with TCS committing to secure and timely delivery using its logistics network.

Pakistan has decided to fully transition to an electronic passport system to modernize services, enhance security, and reduce fraud. The move includes introducing a cashless payment system, home delivery of passports, and integrating online applications with the Pak ID platform.
