    Upper Marlboro woman charged in fatal Northwest DC hit-and-run

    Shaneia Gregnesia Lincoln, a 34-year-old from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, was arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter following a hit-and-run crash in Northwest DC that killed 61-year-old Dawn Ciccone.
