Sixteen children were rescued from a dilapidated home in rural Ohio where they lived in deplorable conditions with human waste, confined to one room for years. Four adults, including the parents and grandparents, were charged with felony child endangerment after authorities discovered the children, some unable to speak or write, during a search warrant for an unrelated investigation.
