- Ukraine Buys 16 Rafale Fighter Jets From France
Ukraine has purchased 16 Rafale fighter jets and accompanying armaments from France, with deliveries expected after Ukrainian pilots complete training starting as early as 2026. The 4.5-generation aircraft will form a key part of Ukraine’s postwar fleet alongside Sweden’s Gripen E fighters.
