Safe Superintelligence

Nvidia has invested $5 billion in Safe Superintelligence (SSI), a lab founded by AI pioneer Ilya Sutskever, despite SSI having no public product or breakthrough details. The investment is partly seen as a strategy for Nvidia to secure GPU purchases and future compute capacity leases, similar to practices by SpaceXAI and Meta.
