    A.P. Cabinet approves retirement age hike for PSU staff, OPS option for eligible employees

    The A.P. Cabinet approved increasing the retirement age for regular employees in certain PSUs, corporations, and societies from 60 to 62 years retroactively from January 1, 2022. Eligible State government employees under the Central Pension Scheme (CPS) will also have a one-time option to migrate to the Old Pension Scheme.
