Deavan Williams has been charged with murder in the death of 1-year-old Mason Moulding in Kentucky. Williams and Alexandrae Price were previously charged with first-degree criminal abuse of a child, and a third person, Tina Renee Price, was later arrested on similar charges. The investigation remains ongoing.
