Arthur Williams was hit and killed by a driver while riding his bicycle near Aurora late last July. After investigators determined the driver left the scene of the deadly crash, authorities arrested 53-year-old Jamie Gardner. Gardner was charged with leaving the scene of a deadly crash.

Family and friends held a vigil in Aurora, Colo., to remember 26-year-old cyclist Arthur Williams, who was killed in a hit-and-run crash on South Powhaton Road. Authorities are continuing to search for the driver, having identified a vehicle of interest. The Williams family is working with the Aurora City Council to push for bike lanes and started a GoFundMe campaign to seek justice.
