    A judge declared a mistrial for Jonathan Rinderknecht, accused of starting the deadly Palisades Fire, after a jury deadlocked 10-2. The fire, which began as the Lachman Fire, killed 12 people and destroyed thousands of structures. Prosecutors plan to retry the case.
