Richmond leaders have released the third draft of Code Refresh. This document proposes a comprehensive overhaul of the city's zoning code, which is reported to be more than 50 years old.

Acting Planning Director Jason Mikaelian recommends adding a clear land use definition for data centers even if they remain unpermitted.
