Police in Phoenix are investigating two officers who are accused of conducting a violent traffic stop. The department opened a criminal investigation after a couple reported being shocked with a stun gun and beaten during an encounter on August 5.

After deleting the unauthorized card, the user called Amazon and spoke with a representative who stated they would freeze the account and report the fraud to another department.
