State Rep. Rashid is investigating after ICE agents detained a man at Bridgeview Courthouse without presenting a warrant, violating state laws and court orders prohibiting civil arrests at courthouses. The sheriff’s office confirmed ICE agents entered the courthouse, handcuffed the man, and claimed to have a warrant without showing it.
