    Former brain surgeon plans to plead insanity in child sexual assault case

    Travis Tierney, a former brain surgeon accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old in Omaha, plans to plead insanity. After being found competent for trial, psychiatrists will assess whether he was legally insane at the time of the alleged crimes.
