A mother was arrested after her 6-year-old child was discovered with a loaded gun on a school bus in South Carolina. The Richland County Sheriff’s Department stated that the weapon had not been properly secured at home. The mother, Destar Hall, was subsequently charged with unlawful conduct towards a child.
