The City Council will consider restorative justice recommendations addressing the displacement and economic disruption caused by the 710 and 210 freeways in northwest Pasadena. The framework includes 10 elements focused on historical acknowledgment, housing, economic development, and community oversight for affected African American, Japanese American, and Mexican American communities.
