China may be advancing large-scale production of low-cost stealth coatings, with a Foshan University team developing a microwave-absorbing composite from expanded graphite and titanium dioxide. The material, reported in a peer-reviewed journal, could reduce costs for radar-absorbing technologies previously limited to military applications.
