Mr. Lee’s Chinese Restaurant in the Country Club of Miami area was ordered to close after inspectors found live roaches, expired tofu, temperature-abused food, and multiple sanitation violations. State inspectors documented 18 violations, including roach activity, unsanitary food-contact surfaces, and improperly sanitized equipment.

Tee Jay Thai Sushi in Wilton Manors was also ordered to close for similar issues, including rodent droppings and improper food storage.
