The driver, identified as 46-year-old Nadi Jabari, was arrested and charged with false personation, unlawful use of blue light, and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. Deputies recovered an illegal emergency light setup, a gun, and another two-foot emergency light bar from his vehicle.
