Vitruvias Therapeutics Inc. issued a nationwide recall of its 30-milligram thyroid tablets because testing confirmed the product had potential to be “superpotent.” The recall specifically affects Lot 504950, which was distributed from Jan. 31, 2025, to Sept. 30, 2025. Consumption of these superpotent tablets can lead to an overactive thyroid, causing symptoms such as weight loss or rapid heart rate.
