Woman pleads guilty to murder in north Charlotte shooting

Rebecca Oxendine, 43, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and robbery after shooting Loren Garnet Dudley in north Charlotte in January 2025. Surveillance video captured an argument between Oxendine and Dudley before she used a shotgun, leaving him shot in the chest. She was sentenced to 165-210 months in prison.
