Watchdog gets to grips with Hong Kong claw machines after 760% rise in complaints
Complaints against Hong Kong claw machine operators have risen over 760% in three years due to misleading displays, rigged settings, and poor-quality prizes. The Consumer Council reported 16 complaints in 2023, 49 in 2024, and 138 in the following year.
