A 25-year-old Roseville man was charged with criminal vehicular homicide after a drunk driving incident led to a fatal crash on I-494 in Bloomington. The crash occurred when Seth Rylee Timmers attempted a U-turn, colliding with another vehicle and a FedEx semi, resulting in the death of Vernon Chu.
