Rental Housing Board to Set 2.55% Cap on Annual Rent Increases
Pasadena’s Rental Housing Board will set a 2.55% cap on annual rent increases for rent-controlled units, effective from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The decision is scheduled for June 18.
