Rural NC communities to benefit from $4M in infrastructure grants
North Carolina Gov. Josh Stein announced $4 million in infrastructure grants for rural communities, expected to generate $126.2 million in investment and 396 jobs. Projects include Gaston County's $272,000 grant for a building reuse creating 34 jobs and Rockingham County's $400,000 grant for Talalay Global, Inc., which will create 52 jobs.
