A kitten was rescued from floodwaters at Perk Beach RV Park in Perkinston, Miss., during Tropical Storm Arthur by the park manager and residents. WDAM journalist Delaney Dukes helped dry the cat after the rescue. The storm caused historic river crests and damaged at least one dam.
