Kitten rescued from floodwaters by RV park manager, residents

A kitten was rescued from floodwaters at Perk Beach RV Park in Perkinston, Mississippi, during Tropical Storm Arthur. The park manager and residents saved the animal as waters reached chest-deep levels, and a journalist later helped dry the cat. Rivers in the region hit historic crests, damaging at least one dam.
