2 students in custody after shooting at high school in Philippines kills 3

Two students aged 14 and 15 opened fire at San Jose National High School in Tacloban, Philippines, killing three students and wounding seven others. The suspects, who claimed to have been bullied, used handguns obtained from family and a relative, and were arrested after a brief manhunt.
