Hong Kong needs visionaries to run Kai Tak Cruise Terminal: Rosanna Law

Hong Kong’s tourism minister Rosanna Law has said the next Kai Tak Cruise Terminal operator must be 'very visionary' and do more than manage cruise operations. Prospective bidders have requested additional time to prepare their proposals for the government.
