A suspect was arrested in Hong Kong after a man was attacked with a rock during an alleged attempted robbery at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. The 36-year-old victim was assaulted while parking his car at around 4:10am, and the assailant fled without stealing anything. The victim later reported the incident to police on Tsing Yi Road.
