Europe is experiencing a deadly heatwave with the UK issuing rare red temperature warnings as temperatures in England and Wales could reach 38-40C, breaking June records. In France, two children and three elderly individuals died due to heat-related causes, prompting a crisis meeting by the French PM. Extreme heat has also led to 13 drowning deaths and record temperatures in Spain, Belgium, and Paris.
