Driver accused of fleeing crash that left scooter rider critically injured in Miami

Miami man Stephen Erik Campos was arrested after fleeing a crash that critically injured an electric scooter rider. He was charged with leaving the scene of a serious injury crash and claimed he thought a rock hit his windshield, leading him to drive off before returning.
