Man arrested after a hit-and-run near Palmer High School on Tuesday

A man was arrested for a hit-and-run crash near Palmer High School in Colorado Springs, where a woman on a scooter was seriously injured. The suspect, Dathan Smith, allegedly fled the scene in a white Chevrolet Avalanche before being located and processed for driving under the influence.
