3 fires in West Miami-Dade begin fizzling out as crews work to contain them; 22K acres burned

Three brush fires in West Miami-Dade have burned over 22,000 acres but are beginning to fizzle out. As of Tuesday, one fire is 97% contained, another 85% contained, and the third 15% contained but not a threat to structures.
