SCOTUS ruling allows ExxonMobil to sue Cuban companies over seized property

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that ExxonMobil can sue Cuban state-owned companies in U.S. courts over property seized after Fidel Castro took power. The decision relates to the Helms-Burton Act, which allows lawsuits against foreign entities using confiscated property.
