3-year-old hit and killed by car while eating at restaurant with family on Father’s Day

A 3-year-old girl was struck and killed by a car while dining outdoors with her family at City Barbeque in Beachwood, Ohio, on Father’s Day. The driver, 18-year-old Jasmine McFadden, was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and was unlicensed; Kenneth McFadden, a former Cleveland State basketball star, was also charged after falsely claiming to be the driver.
